When asked what was the one thing that has been most valuable to your business?
Answer: The mess that was my tech stack. The systems and the technology were old and outdated and nothing worked together well.... switching from multiple different software systems to GoHighLevel. Consolidating everything was a lot of work, but long term this promises to be much more efficient. I've already benefitted from the new systems we implemented.
